Water kids

All our kids love water. Few months ago I would not say this, and it was totally different.

Our new additions, EE and DD, were afraid of many things, and didnt' like water much. EE was ok with showers, but pool was too scary for him.

DD would not even get in the bathtub if the water was running. For first 2 month with use he would take only bath, no splashing, or water in his face and etc.

One day all boys were coming home from school, and when they were getting off the bus a little rain started. DD saw that it was raining/sprinkling was screaming, and would not get off the bus. The bus stops about a block away from our house, and I could hear him in the house, I did ran outside to take DD home. It took me few day to talk and show/demonstrate that rain is ok, its not going to hurt him. It got better with time. Now DD has no problem to take shower, but it took some time.

This Saturday we went again to Raging Waters park, and all kids had a lot of fun. EE and DD were enjoying so much, that it was hard to leave, get these boys out of water :) EE and DD are trusting us more and more, and we just love to see their big and small progresses. We didn't take many pictures this time, we just had fun.

We are here and alive :)

I will do a quick update, we are super busy. Seriously I don't even know where to start and what to share.

It's been 5 weeks since kids don't have school, and first 3 weeks were not easy. Our kids don't do changes very well, and it took time for them to adjust to different schedule.

For about 2 weeks we are started to enjoy our summer, and we love to spend time together.

Since last week we have a little boy in our care, we will have him for only 2 more days. So it makes 8 kids, under age of 11, in 1 tiny house. This little boys came to USA with a hosting program, and things didn't work well with his first host family.  I will share more about this little boy later.

Our kids are doing great, all of them do enjoy summer a lot! Everyday we do a little school work, swimming, crafts, parks and just trying to have fun. We are not going out a lot, trying to stay home under air condition.

Finally we got our 12 passenger van, and are so thankful to God! Its a blessing to be able to fit in one car, and go everywhere as a family :)

I been working hard over summer to prepare most of our boys for next school year.  It's been a huge challenge for everyone around here.

Here is few pictures from last month.

This year,  we were able to purchase seasonal tickets for Raging waters park (we are thankful for generous people who helped us financially). It is a huge blessing for our all family.

Two cuties!
This little man was so afraid of water, but now he is like a fish. There is still long road for him to fully trust us, but there is a huge progress.
 My two handsome boys!
Just enjoying this little kids pool!
It was Father's day, so here is all crew with daddy!

I loved my BIG pot! I think I abused it a lot and its no good anymore, looking for new one!

Just watching cartoons!
 working on a puzzle together!

Park time! Our princess!
 My little cutie!

I am so proud of him. When came to us, he wasn't able to climb anything above his knee. We have bunk beds and he would never get up on the top bed. Now he has no problem do in it. His legs are still too skinny, and looks like the is not a lot of muscles, but he is getting stronger and stronger.
Very comfortable way to watch movies lol

Our boys love building Lego!
Daddy on a trampoline with youngest 3!

Sergey's pants are perfect new way to play! A lot of fun! After this game, there is no more pants, it's very wide shorts :)

Learned to ride a bike. This little boy is so stubborn, but it's great when his stubbornness goes in something good!!
Thankful for our new van! Little guy in front row(DD), is not feeling well. He got sick on our drive!

Screaming in terror. Would not get on the swing. He never were interested in getting on any swings, I am not sure if he ever been on one.

After a little talking he got on the swing with me. For some reason he does trust me more then Sergey. Later he  got on the swing  by himself but he stayed on it as long as I kept my hands on him. Progress :)

Still dont' like to be held, touch or hugged. But we have a huge progress. He gives hugs with reminders, more comfortable when we touch/hug him. No more screaming or just squirting and running away.
Last month we celebrated our daddy's birthday.  Daddy reading all the cards from kids!

Timeout time, and there is bunny named "Doosya" also in timeout. lol Doosya is ElliAna's favorite toy, and apperently Doosya was not nice and scratched ElliAna. lol

San Francisco ocean. It was a little chilly in the morning!

I love to watch this two bonding!
