Regular pan doesn't work well for big family...
For at least 2 years now, I been using griddle. Pan, even the biggest pan just doesn't work for frying something for this many people. I do make gravy, or other things that needs to be cooked, not fried.

Nicole, it saves me so much time :) We cook grill cheese sandwiches, omelets, hot-dog and hamburger patties (if there is no way to use an outdoor grill), and anything else that needs to be fry. It can get messy, especially when recipe require to use a lot of frying oil, so I am trying not to use a lot of oil, which is much healthier anyway :)
